Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute creative visuals for digital platforms, print media, and marketing campaigns.
* Design compelling social media posts, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and branding assets.
* Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand
* Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align visuals with messaging
* Brainstorm and pitch innovative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling
* Revise and fine-tune designs based on feedback and performance analytics
* Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
* A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and projects.
* Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory and visual hierarchy.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
