Kualitatem is seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team at our Lahore office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer with 1–2 years of experience to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas and creativity will be valued and nurtured.

As a Graphic Designer at Kualitatem, you’ll play a critical role in conceptualizing and producing compelling visuals for both digital and print platforms. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to visually communicate brand messages, campaign concepts, and UI/UX enhancements with high aesthetic value and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, brochures, presentations, ads, and other marketing collateral

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual assets aligned with the brand’s identity

• Assist in UI design mockups and graphics for web and mobile interfaces

• Work on infographics, animated visuals, iconography, and creative storytelling visuals

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually refined, error-free, and delivered on time

• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in graphic design (agency or in-house preferred)

• Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other design tools is a plus

• A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and color harmony

• Solid understanding of design principles and branding guidelines

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing, content placement, and creative ad formats

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to accept feedback constructively and improve designs accordingly

• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
