Role Overview

We’re looking for a graphic designer who understands how to turn ideas into visuals that convert. From website assets to client presentations to digital ads, you’ll shape how our brand (and our clients’) look and feel across every touchpoint.

This isn’t just about making things pretty. It’s about making things work — visually, strategically, and with purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution (80%)

  • Create visual assets for digital campaigns (ads, social posts, banners).
  • Design client-facing materials (proposals, pitch decks, service one-pagers).
  • Collaborate with the content team to design email marketing creatives.
  • Design presentation decks for internal and client use.
  • Assist in creating visual assets for our website and case studies.

Brand & Visual Consistency (20%)

  • Maintain Digiunction’s brand identity across all formats.
  • Build and refine branded templates (Canva, Figma).
  • Ensure alignment between design, marketing, and sales assets.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Portfolio demonstrating commercial design work.
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator & Photoshop).
  • Experience designing for both digital and print formats.
  • Understanding of brand systems and design scalability.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Motion design or animation skills.
  • Figma experience (for collaborative design and prototyping).
  • Familiarity with B2B and SaaS design styles.
