Description:
We are seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to lead PaySa’s digital presence and visual communication. The ideal candidate is someone who can maintain a strong, consistent brand identity and create engaging digital content that elevates PaySa’s voice across social platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
· Design visually appealing content for social media, website, emailers, and marketing campaigns
· Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and print materials
· Develop illustrations, layouts, static designs, and marketing visuals
· Support UI design for mobile app or website when required
· Work closely with the line manager and internal teams
· Deliver creative assets within timelines
· Stay updated on design and social media trends
Social Media Management
· Manage PaySa’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
· Maintain a posting calendar with consistent brand messaging
· Track performance, insights, and trends to improve engagement
· Assist with social media ad creatives and basic optimization (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Occasional 2D/3D Tasks
· Create simple 2D/3D mockups, product visuals, or renders when needed
· Use modeling/rendering tools for enhancement of key campaigns
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field
· 1–2 years of experience in graphic design
· Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite + Figma
· Experience managing social media platforms professionally
· Basic understanding of 2D/3D modeling or rendering tools
· Creative thinker with strong typography, layout, and branding sense
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
