Description:
We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to join our team in-house. This role requires someone who can think strategically, build high-performing automation systems, and manage CRM workflows efficiently without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel workflows and automations
- Set up and manage pipelines, stages, triggers, and campaigns
- Create and optimize SMS, email, and funnel sequences
- Handle Twilio integrations, email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, etc.)
- Design and manage landing pages, funnels, and forms
- Implement AI-based conversations and automation logic
- Troubleshoot issues related to automation, triggers, and integrations
- Manage client accounts and sub-accounts inside GHL
- Work closely with the team to improve conversion rates and system efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Strong understanding of CRM automation and workflows
- Experience with email marketing & cold outreach systems
- Familiarity with Twilio, Mailgun, and API integrations
- Ability to solve technical issues independently
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience in lead generation or marketing agencies is a plus
