Front Seller

Description:

Saaitec is actively hiring a Front Seller with specialized experience on the Bark platform to support our fast-paced web design and development division. This role is pivotal in generating new business and managing leads through effective conversion and communication strategies.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in managing leads and clients on Bark, capable of achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets, and possess the ability to work independently in a night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently close high-quality leads from the Bark platform

• Convert client inquiries into paid design and development projects

• Maintain and grow a strong presence on Bark by managing account reputation and performance

• Track and achieve sales targets between $3000–$5000 per month

• Collaborate with the design unit to ensure service delivery aligns with sales commitments

• Provide accurate and timely updates to management regarding lead conversion status and performance

Candidate Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in closing sales and managing Bark accounts

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet night shift requirements (8PM–5AM)

• Familiarity with web design and development services is a plus

• Self-motivated, performance-driven, and reliable
