Right Solution is seeking a motivated and experienced Front Sales Specialist to join our team onsite in Karachi. This role requires an individual with a strong sales background and excellent customer interaction skills who can effectively represent the company during the evening to late-night shift.

You will be responsible for engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales to meet targets. Your contribution will be crucial in expanding the company’s client base and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers arriving onsite.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

• Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth operations.

• Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work the assigned shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

• Goal-oriented with a customer-first attitude.

• Comfortable working in an onsite environment.
