Right Solution is actively hiring a dynamic and result-driven Front Sales Specialist to join their high-performing sales team. This position is tailored for professionals with a minimum of 2 years of solid experience in direct sales, telesales, or international BPO-based client interactions.

As a Front Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, client engagement, presenting products/services, overcoming objections, and closing sales deals efficiently. You must possess exceptional communication skills in English, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work under targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in building rapport with international clients, managing a sales pipeline, updating CRM tools, and continuously following up with leads to maximize conversions. Familiarity with using sales tools, scripting techniques, and adapting to US/UK/AUS market standards will be considered a significant advantage.
