Job Responsibilities
· Convert inbound Meta (Facebook/Instagram) leads into qualified sales
· Reach out to warm and cold leads via phone, email, and social media.
· Qualify leads and identify client needs to present tailored web design and development solutions.
· Upsell additional services, such as SEO, website maintenance, and digital marketing.
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently sell our services.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets of $5K–$8K
· Use CRM tools to maintain lead records and track performance
· Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
· Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
Skills Required
· Hands-on experience managing Meta Paid Leads (Facebook/Instagram)
· Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term relationships with clients.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
· Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
· Experience working with cold calls, email campaigns, and lead generation.
· Knowledge of web design and development services is preferred, but not required.
