💰 Compensation: Open Budget + Attendance Allowance + Uncapped

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Engage potential clients via outbound calls to promote digital design services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify and maximize upselling opportunities
Meet monthly sales targets and manage lead follow-ups
Understand client needs and offer tailored design solutions
Maintain an organized pipeline of leads

🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 1.5 years of front sales experience (preferably in web/app/design)
Proven record of sales achievements
Strong upselling, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Comfortable with night shift timings
Strong organizational & time management skills
