Department: Quality Assurance
📍 Location: Retail Outlets – Lahore, Faisalabad & Islamabad
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular food safety audits at retail outlets as per company SOPs
• Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene practices
• Check product expiry dates and ensure timely removal & corrective actions
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards of stores and staff
• Maintain and update food safety checklists on time
• Perform food sampling and basic analysis to detect contamination or quality issues
Education & Experience
• BS Food Technology / BS Dairy Technology / BS Chemistry
• Age: 22–30 years
• Must have own bike and willingness to work in field/retail audits
• Fresh graduates to 2 years of relevant experience in food safety, QA, or retail audits
