*🔑 Responsibilities:*
- Microbiological monitoring of raw & finished products
- Environmental & food-contact surface sampling
- Water & ice quality monitoring
- Hygiene & sanitation verification
- Trend analysis & corrective actions
- Maintain sampling & traceability records
- Coordinate with external labs
- Support HACCP, ISO 22000

*👤 Requirements:*
- BS/MSc in Microbiology / Food Microbiology / Food Science
- Experience in food, poultry, meat processing preferred
- Strong knowledge of food pathogens & food safety systems
- Fresh candidates with strong knowledge can also apply
