As a Finance Shared Services Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing finance shared services operations. Leveraging your professional accounting qualification and 6+ years of overall experience (with 2-3 years specifically in leading finance shared services), you will drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the finance shared services team.

- Implement best practices to streamline financial operations and enhance service delivery.

-Set up best business processes and controls in start-up entities of the group.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and maximize efficiency.

-Provide leadership to the team and report to the Board of Directors.
