Finance Executive

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and credit control.
• Maintain up-to-date records of agreements and received invoices.
• Ensure the timely recording of revenue (invoices) and bank receipts.
• Coordinate with customers to update and verify financial records.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of sales tax.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Keep abreast of relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirement:

• Bachelors degree
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, invoicing and collections.
• Basic knowledge of Sales Tax Act.
• Knowledge of withholding rules.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
