Reliable Industrial Solutions Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (RISE) is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer (Mechanical) to join their team in Islamabad. This position is a great opportunity for mechanical engineers with hands-on experience in rotary equipment and field operations. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, coordinating site activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of field services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform field service activities related to engines, compressors, and pumps, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting as necessary.

• Coordinate field operations, ensuring timely execution of tasks while adhering to safety and quality standards.

• Plan, budget, and schedule field service activities in coordination with the project management team.

• Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.

• Utilize Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent planning tools to manage schedules and project timelines.

• Supervise and mentor field teams, ensuring the highest level of technical support and guidance.

• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and operational standards while on-site.

• Provide technical reporting and regular updates to senior management regarding the progress and challenges of ongoing projects.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on-site, provide solutions, and ensure operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/BS Mechanical).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field services, with specific expertise in handling engines, compressors, and pumps.

• Strong planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills.

• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent planning tools.

• Proven ability in field execution and team coordination.

• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.

• Solution-focused with the ability to adapt to challenging site conditions.

• Excellent communication and technical reporting abilities.
