Field Sales Executive

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Swabi. The primary responsibilities include engaging with local farmers, promoting BKK’s services, and building strong relationships to expand BKK’s presence in the community. The role also entails supporting farmers by understanding their needs, providing guidance on the use of BKK’s services, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will also gather feedback from farmers to help the organization improve its offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, client engagement, and customer relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with a diverse audience
• Knowledge of the agriculture sector and a passion for empowering farmers
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle field-based responsibilities
• Familiarity with basic digital tools, applications, and reporting systems
• Bilingual proficiency (local language and English) is preferred
• Prior experience in AgriTech or a related field is a plus
