Key Responsibilities

Design Creation: Develop unique and captivating bridal and formal wear designs that align with the brand's vision.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends and incorporate them into design concepts.

Material Selection: Collaborate with the sourcing team to select the best fabrics, embellishments, and accessories.

Sample Oversight: Supervise sample production to ensure precision and high-quality craftsmanship.

Team Coordination: Work closely with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams to bring designs to life.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in bridal and formal wear design, with preference given to candidates who have worked with renowned fashion brands.

Education: Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and strong sketching skills.

Knowledge: Solid understanding of traditional and contemporary bridal trends, fabrics, and embellishment techniques.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.

Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing bridal and formal wear designs is mandatory.
