Evaluation Coordinator

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in monitoring ongoing programs and evaluating their effectiveness through digital and traditional tools. The M&E Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving data collection systems, analyzing results, and presenting actionable insights to program teams. The role is ideal for individuals with a solid grasp of program evaluation frameworks, data tools, and indicators of social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for various social projects

• Develop data collection tools and techniques, including surveys, focus groups, and digital tools

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess project impact and outcomes

• Generate periodic reports and dashboards for internal teams and donors

• Ensure project adherence to donor and organizational compliance standards

• Train field teams and staff on M&E tools and methods

• Support continuous learning and improvement across all project areas

• Use digital platforms for data visualization and impact communication

Requirements:

• A relevant academic background (e.g., Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, Statistics)

• Proven experience in monitoring & evaluation, preferably in the NGO or social development sector

• Strong command over data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Power BI, or similar

• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills

• A commitment to social change and development work
