About Us:
A reputable USA-based construction and supplies offshore company is seeking Estimation Executives/Officers to work on US-based government and private projects.

Responsibilities:

- Sub-contractor/vendor sourcing and negotiation of pricing terms
- ⁠Able to read out architectural drawing of civil, MEP, can create BOQ.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, E-takeoff, Excel, and measurement tools
- Project cost estimation and preparation of proposals
- Analyzing labor, material, and time requirements for projects
- Presenting cost estimates and deciding margins
- Maintaining costing records and following up with vendors

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work dynamically
- Engineer preferred, minimum graduate degree
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply

What We Offer:
- Basic salary + conveyance allowance + other benefits (PF, medical/insurance)
- Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM (5 days a week)
