Estimation Engineer

Are you an experienced Estimation Engineer with a solid background in US-based construction estimation? If yes, we’d love to have you on our team!

📍 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Estimation Engineer (GC/MEP) – Remote
📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Lahore (Evening / Night Shift)
📍 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: 2–3 years

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨
• Prepare detailed Mechanical & Plumbing material take-offs and cost estimates based on project specs/drawings.
• Work on Fastest software for material take-offs.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors & subcontractors for accurate bid submissions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities via innovative design and constructability analysis.
• Manage RFIs and compile bid proposals for General Contracting (GC) & MEP trades.
• Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠
✔️ 2+ years’ experience in US-based construction estimation.
✔️ Strong expertise in GC & MEP trades.
✔️ Proficiency in PlanSwift & MS Office.
✔️ Strong communication, analytical & time-management skills.
✔️ Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related field).
✨ Project management & supervision skills are a plus!
