Estimation Engineer

Job Description:

• Prepare detailed material take-offs and cost estimates based on project specifications and drawings
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors for precise bid submissions
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through innovative design and constructability analysis
• Manage RFIs and compile comprehensive bid proposals for GC and MEP trades
• Evaluate risks and develop effective mitigation strategies

What You Bring:

• Experience: 1–3 years in US-based construction estimation
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of Cost Estimation & General Contracting (GC)
• Tools: Proficiency in PlanSwift and MS Office
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and time management
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering or Diploma in related field
• Project management and supervision experience is a plus
