About the Role

As an Estimation Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for US-based commercial and residential projects. You will work closely with construction drawings and plans to support clients in securing successful bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret US construction drawings, floor plans, and structural documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs
• Prepare detailed estimates using Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Excel
• Collaborate with senior estimators to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or 6 months – 1 year of experience in construction estimation
• Basic understanding of US construction methods and materials
• Familiarity with PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, or Excel (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred
