Job Title: Engineering Manager – .NET (POS Solutions)

Location: Karachi

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager – .NET with strong expertise in end-to-end POS (Point of Sale) solutions. This role requires both technical leadership and team management to drive the development, implementation, and optimization of retail POS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of .NET developers working on POS applications
Oversee end-to-end POS system architecture, development, and deployment
Drive integration of POS systems with ERP, inventory, and payment gateways
Define technical strategies, coding standards, and best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Ensure system performance, security, and high availability
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and support their professional growth

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5–8+ years of experience in .NET development, with 2–3 years in a managerial/lead role
Proven experience with complete POS solutions (end-to-end implementation)
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework, SQL Server, APIs, and system integrations
Experience in retail domain / POS environments is highly preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
