Engineering Instructors

ATH Karachi is inviting applications for full-time Engineering Instructors (B1/B2) to join its expanding team of aviation education professionals. As an instructor, you will be entrusted with preparing and delivering technical lectures aligned with PCAA/EASA ANO/Part-66 Basic Modules (Category B1/B2) to guide the next generation of aircraft maintenance engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical instruction on PCAA/EASA Part-66 modules for Category B1 (Mechanical) and B2 (Avionics).

• Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive course material, lesson plans, and assessments.

• Apply blended learning methods and encourage critical thinking to foster deeper understanding.

• Mentor and guide students toward academic excellence and industry readiness.

• Participate in departmental planning, assessments, and curriculum development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Avionics, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.

• Strong grasp of PCAA/EASA syllabus and aviation training standards.

• For senior roles, preference will be given to holders of PCAA/EASA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL) or Permanent Cards (PC).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
