Luqon Inc., a leading Energy Solutions Provider in the USA, is expanding its team in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and looking for skilled Solar Lead/Energy Generation Specialists to join our night shift, onsite team. This is a full-time role that requires cold calling experience to generate high-quality solar leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to homeowners, qualifying them for solar panel installations.

• Educate prospects on the benefits of switching to solar energy.

• Schedule high-intent appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate lead records and document customer interactions.

• Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.

Who We're Looking For:

✔ Cold calling experience is required (Solar, Energy, or Home Improvement industries preferred).
✔ Strong communication & persuasion skills – Ability to handle objections and close deals.
✔ Resilience & self-motivation – Ability to navigate rejections while staying results-driven.
✔ Experience in appointment setting or lead generation is a plus.
