Omal by Komal is seeking an Embroidery Designer specializing in party wear and women's fashion to join their creative team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in textile or embroidery design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their work. This role requires an individual who can create intricate embroidery designs, motifs, and patterns tailored specifically for party wear dresses, while collaborating closely with the design team to bring ideas to life.

The designer will work on developing fabric textures and layouts, staying updated on seasonal trends, and ensuring precise execution of designs through coordination with the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design embroidery motifs, patterns, and fabric textures tailored for party wear dresses.

• Develop layouts based on seasonal trends and the brand's creative direction.

• Collaborate with the design team to transform concepts into market-ready fashion pieces.

• Select appropriate materials, threads, and embellishments for embroidery work.

• Coordinate with the production team for precise execution of designs.

• Stay updated on market trends, textile innovations, and new embroidery techniques.

• Revise designs based on feedback, ensuring quality and aesthetic appeal.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in embroidery or textile design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating embroidery and textile design work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD software.

• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and an excellent sense of color and composition.

• Understanding of various embroidery techniques and fabric materials.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in women’s fashion or party wear is a plus.
