UBC Convertec (Pvt) Ltd is looking to onboard a competent Electrical & Mechanical Incharge for our production facility in the Printing & Packaging industry. This is a permanent position for someone who can take ownership of maintenance operations and ensure smooth functioning of all machinery.

Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing electrical and mechanical maintenance, minimizing downtime, and ensuring that all production equipment operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance of plant machinery
Ensure smooth operation of printing & packaging equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in machines and systems
Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance
Manage breakdowns and ensure quick resolution
Maintain maintenance logs and technical documentation
Coordinate with production team to minimize downtime
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience in printing & packaging or manufacturing industry
Strong hands-on knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues independently
Responsible, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
