PROSkills HR is recruiting a detail-oriented and operations-focused Electrical Engineer for a leading organization operating multiple retail locations.

📍 Location: DHA Phase 3, Lahore
🕘 Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💰 Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000

🎯 Position Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in maintenance planning, electrical operations, project execution, and multi-site facility management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
✅ Manage electrical systems, UPS, generators, and power distribution
✅ Coordinate electrical work for new stores and renovation projects
✅ Monitor project timelines and work-in-progress activities
✅ Prepare BOQs and BOMs
✅ Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, supply chain, and finance teams
✅ Supervise contractors and vendor performance
✅ Maintain technical reports and maintenance dashboards
✅ Ensure compliance with safety and audit requirements
✅ Identify cost-saving and energy-efficiency opportunities

🔹 Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (PEC Registered)
✔ 3–5 years of relevant experience
✔ Experience in maintenance planning and operations
✔ Expertise in BOQ/BOM preparation
✔ Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
✔ Strong MS Excel skills
✔ Knowledge of Primavera P6 is an advantage
✔ Excellent analytical and coordination skills
✔ Willingness to travel
