Electrical Engineer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and production machinery.

· Monitor and optimize the performance of electrical components in tissue converting and packaging machines.

· Assist in the installation and commissioning of new upgraded electrical machinery.

· Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

· Collaborate with the mechanical team to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

· Maintain electrical drawings, documentation, and records for audit and compliance.

· Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company policies.

· Identify energy-saving opportunities and support sustainability initiatives aligned with Tissue Craft’s goals.

· Respond promptly to breakdowns to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

· Participate in continuous improvement programs to enhance machine efficiency and reduce energy costs.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Sc.).

· 2–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

· Strong knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs, sensors, drives, and control systems.

· Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot control panels.

· Hands-on experience with tissue converting machinery is a plus.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
