Educational Counselor

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Educational Counselor to guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on courses, certifications, and career pathways

Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email

Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly targets

Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

1 year of experience in sales or counseling (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Target-oriented with a proactive mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
