Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shopify Order Specialist & Shipment Tracking Specialist to manage our order processing cycle from booking to delivery. The role requires strong command over the Shopify platform, excellent communication skills in Urdu (and preferably other regional languages), and hands-on experience in logistics coordination and shipment tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shopify Order Management
- Process and book customer orders through Shopify with high accuracy.
- Confirm orders by calling customers, verifying product details, payment status, and delivery information.
- Maintain and update detailed logs and records of all orders, cancellations, returns, and modifications.
- Ensure timely updating of order statuses in Shopify and internal systems.
2. Customer Communication
- Contact customers via phone to verify information, confirm orders, or resolve order-related issues.
- Communicate politely and professionally in Urdu (must) and preferred additional regional languages such as Punjabi, Pashto, or Sindhi.
- Provide updates to customers regarding shipment progress, delays, or courier issues.
3. Shipment Tracking & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate daily with courier companies to ensure timely pickup and delivery of orders.
- Track shipments, follow up on pending or delayed deliveries, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of shipment statuses and delivery confirmations.
- Work closely with logistics partners to improve delivery efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent command over Shopify, especially in order booking, order confirmation, data logging, and status updates.
- Fluency in spoken Urdu (mandatory). Additional Pakistani regional languages are a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of logistics follow-up, courier coordination, and shipment tracking.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with attention to detail and handle tasks with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in e-commerce order management or logistics is preferred.
