E-commerce Consultant

EMarspro Inc. is urgently hiring for an E-Commerce Consultant to join their team at the office in Jhelum City. This is a full-time, long-term role requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in the e-commerce industry. The position involves a variety of tasks, including providing consultations to clients on technical and non-technical challenges, ensuring business procedures are documented, and offering support to other departments such as Brand Manager and Sales.

The consultant will be responsible for routine check-ups of client businesses, offering the best solutions with an estimated timeline, and keeping the team updated on new technical strategies and developments in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine check-ups of client’s business.

• Consult clients regarding both technical and non-technical challenges.

• Document business processes and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders.

• Provide technical support to Brand Manager and Sales departments when required.

• Stay updated on new technical updates and strategies in the e-commerce space.

• Provide the best course of action for clients with an estimated timeline for execution.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in the e-commerce field, with specific experience in setting up stores, listings, and selling on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, Etsy, or others.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.

• Strong command of English (written and spoken).

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Passion for learning new tools, techniques, and strategies for improving work processes.

• Ability to work autonomously with strong self-motivation and self-management skills.

• Proficient in computer and technical skills.

• Ability to analyze and improve company procedures.
