Draughting Engineer

Description:

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Good command of AutoCAD

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of mechanical drawings

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of limits & fits, tolerances, dimensions, and drawing annotations

•⁠ ⁠Ability to read and prepare engineering drawings

•⁠ ⁠Basic SolidWorks knowledge is a plus

•⁠ ⁠Diploma in Mechanical preferred (Degree not required)

Job Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the Project Design Engineer for drawing changes

•⁠ ⁠Update and revise 2D and 3D drawings

•⁠ ⁠Create part drawings from assembly drawings

•⁠ ⁠Create assembly drawings from part drawings

•⁠ ⁠Maintain updated drawing files and revisions

•⁠ ⁠Keep proper version history and design records
