Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DME Biller with at least 2 years of experience in both in-network and out-of-network billing. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of claims, and optimizing revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and submit claims for DME products to insurance companies, both in-network and out-of-network.
• Review and verify patient information and insurance coverage.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in insurance policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in DME billing, with knowledge of in-network and out-of-network processes.
• Strong understanding of medical billing codes, procedures, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
• Proficiency in billing software (Office Ally)
