KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for social media, websites, ad campaigns, emailers, and digital branding.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and strategy team to deliver cohesive and visually engaging campaigns.
• Develop layouts, illustrations, and motion graphics that align with client brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistency across all design projects and ensure brand integrity.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media aesthetics, and emerging digital tools.
• Prepare final files for publishing or print, ensuring high-quality output.

Requirements:

Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional design experience (preferably in a digital agency setting).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).

Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, or Figma).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Ability to think conceptually and create designs that meet marketing goals.
