What they’re looking for: 
Strong IaC expertise (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) 
Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, etc.) 
Hands‑on experience with CI tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.) 
Advanced Linux system administration and troubleshooting 
Solid knowledge of containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) 
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) – a plus 
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
