Desktop Engineer

You’ll be responsible for supporting desktop-related issues, maintaining IT systems, and providing technical assistance to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktop, networking, and system-related issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Analyze system performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software components.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with IT policies.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Education: Minimum Intermediate ( F.S.C / I.C.S ) with a relevant IT Diploma (e.g., DIT, A+, etc.).

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in desktop support or IT support roles.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of system security practices.
