The Deputy Manager Accounts will play a crucial role in delivering precise financial reports and insights to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and maintaining financial records that are always audit-ready. This role involves conducting detailed financial analysis to support business strategy, strengthening internal controls, and continuously improving financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports and insights to stakeholders.

• Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards and maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready financial records.

• Perform in-depth financial analysis to inform business strategies and support growth initiatives.

• Enhance and enforce internal controls, policies, and financial procedures to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with other departments and senior management to support strategic financial planning.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

• CA (Finalist), ACCA, or ACMA qualification is mandatory.

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.

• Strong knowledge and command over financial reporting standards, compliance, and internal control frameworks.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving retail environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
