🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the debriefing team & manage daily rider check-ins
Reconcile delivery data, COD amounts & exceptions
Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse & support teams
Ensure compliance with operational SOPs & reporting accuracy
🔹 Requirements:
1–2 years in logistics/courier/warehouse supervision
Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel & logistics systems
Bachelor's degree preferred
