Description:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Dean of Schools to oversee the academic excellence and administrative operations of multiple school branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of teaching, curriculum implementation, staff development, and overall school performance. The Dean will work closely with campus leadership teams to drive educational quality, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure a consistent learning experience across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership
- Oversee the academic performance and curriculum implementation across all school branches.
- Ensure teaching quality, lesson planning, and assessment standards meet institutional goals.
- Monitor student learning outcomes and implement strategies for academic improvement.
- Guide and mentor principals and academic coordinators.
- Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and modern learning practices.
Administrative Oversight
- Supervise administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of all branches.
- Ensure school policies, procedures, and standards are consistently implemented.
- Coordinate with branch management for operational planning and execution.
- Monitor compliance with educational regulations and institutional policies.
Staff Development & Management
- Lead recruitment, training, and professional development of academic staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations of principals and senior academic staff.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement academic strategies aligned with the school’s vision and mission.
- Identify growth opportunities and improvements for academic and operational excellence.
- Support new branch development and expansion initiatives.
Parent & Community Engagement
- Ensure strong communication with parents and stakeholders.
- Address academic concerns and maintain high levels of parent satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in school leadership or academic management.
- Experience managing multiple campuses or large academic teams will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
