itel Energy is a growing name in Pakistan’s renewable energy and technology sector, providing smart, sustainable, and efficient energy solutions. We’re looking for a DCR System Operation & Maintenance Technician to support our system operations and regional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between the Pakistan Country Manager, regional DCR localization teams, and back-end development operators to analyze system issues, propose solutions, and ensure smooth implementation.
- Monitor and supervise daily inbound, delivery, and inventory data across all regions. Ensure timely data uploads and verify accuracy by comparing regional submissions with DCR system records.
- Track and maintain the DCR system’s performance, identifying gaps and supporting improvements in data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Provide technical support for DCR operation and maintenance tasks to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and system optimization in all sales regions.
Job Requirements:
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Data Analytics (preferred).
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) for communication and reporting.
- Experience in sales data systems development, maintenance, or ERP operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple regions’ data operations.
