As a Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibility will be to accurately input, update, and manage company data to ensure the seamless functioning of operations. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all digital records while ensuring strict confidentiality and data security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update company data in internal systems and databases.

• Ensure data accuracy and perform routine audits for quality control.

• Generate and format reports for internal use and decision-making.

• Maintain digital filing systems and manage electronic documentation.

• Coordinate with team members to validate and cross-check entries.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred).

• At least 1.5 years of relevant experience in data entry or administrative roles (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other standard data entry tools.

• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
