Data Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst – US Last Mile Logistics Operations to support and optimize delivery operations for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics analytics, operational reporting, route optimization, and performance monitoring, with strong expertise in data analysis and advanced Excel functions.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or operations analytics, preferably within US logistics or last-mile delivery operations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and dashboard creation.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for logistics operations.
• Track key operational KPIs and provide actionable insights to management and clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and US-based stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Good English communication and stakeholder management skills.
