Zubaida's is looking for a Data Analyst – Procurement & Operations to join their Procurement & Ops Department.

📍 Location: Karachi (On-site)

🔹 About the Role:
The Data Analyst will analyze procurement, inventory, and retail operations data to generate actionable insights supporting strategic and operational decision-making — working closely with the Head of Procurement & Operations to build automated dashboards, monitor supply chain metrics, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Analyze procurement, inventory, and supply chain data for business insights
✅ Develop automated dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other tools
✅ Monitor inventory levels, aging, replenishment, forecasting, and stock coverage
✅ Analyze supplier performance and purchasing data
✅ Track key supply chain KPIs — OTIF, fill rate, lead time, inventory turnover
✅ Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies
✅ Extract and validate data from ERP and POS systems
✅ Support process improvement, automation, and digitization initiatives
✅ Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders

🔹 Required Skills:
🏢 Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-branch operations environment
🧠 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data accuracy skills
📊 Ability to interpret complex datasets and drive actionable insights
🗣️ Excellent communication and presentation skills

🔹 Technical Skills:
💻 Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Google Sheets
🛠️ ERP and POS systems
📈 Dashboard development and data visualization
📦 Inventory, procurement, and demand forecasting analytics

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
🎓 Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
➕ Exposure to supply chain planning, WMS, or logistics platforms
➕ Certification/coursework in Data Analytics, BI, or Supply Chain Management
➕ Familiarity with process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) is a plus
