Position: Customer Support Executive – Fashion E-commerce (UY Collection)

Location: Lahore – On-site

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM & 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 + Performance-Based Bonus

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Executive with solid experience in fashion e-commerce, specifically handling bridal, formal, and custom orders. The ideal candidate will provide manual support across all social media platforms, manage orders end-to-end, and ensure an exceptional experience for our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Provide manual support on all social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.).
• Handle bridal, formal, and custom orders, including order tracking, processing, updates, and feedback management.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and order details.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries with impressive English communication skills.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of issues.
• Assist in improving customer support processes and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Proven experience in fashion e-commerce customer support for bridal, formal, and custom orders.
• Strong knowledge of manual order processing, tracking, and updates.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work AM and PM shifts.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Portfolio of brands or websites you have managed support for must be attached with your application.
