Description:
Hoora Pharma (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Service Engineer for its IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) Division. The position is Lahore-based and involves installation, maintenance, and technical support of IVD instruments at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, commissioning, and validation of IVD instruments
Preventive and corrective maintenance of analyzers
Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring minimum downtime
Providing application and basic user training to lab staff
Timely documentation of service reports and compliance with SOPs
Coordination with head office and principals for technical support
Maintaining strong customer relationships and service satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IVD or medical equipment service (fresh graduates may also apply)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Lahore-based candidate required
