You’ll be the voice of our brand, assisting customers via phone, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. This is a remote role that requires working during USA business hours (EST/PST).

 

✅ What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of call-based customer support experience (preferably for a U.S. brand)
  • Strong communication skills with fluent English and a neutral/U.S. accent
  • Proven ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and managing customer tickets
  • Reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and a team player
