Job Title: Customer Service Officer (CSO) – Female only
Location: karachi (Clifton Area)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Fresh candidates or 1-2 years in customer service / Banking Experience (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:
✔ Customer Facilitation: Provide prompt, courteous assistance for inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
✔ Floor Management: Ensure smooth customer flow, reduce wait times, and guide customers efficiently.
✔ Service Enhancement: Actively improve service quality by gathering feedback and suggesting improvements.
✔ Branch Ambiance Maintenance: Keep the branch clean, organized, and customer-friendly at all times.
✔ Business Support Through Services:Drive branch growth by promoting services, cross-selling (if applicable), and ensuring customer retention.
✔ Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build trust, address concerns, and foster long-term customer loyalty.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Urdu/English (regional language a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, patient, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, or banking software).
