Fresh Basket is looking for confident, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our *Corporate Gifting Department* as Customer Relationship Managers.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Handle client inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Understand corporate gifting requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Delivery teams.
• Maintain client records and ensure timely order execution.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and business growth.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Corporate client-handling experience will be highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Professional, confident, and well-presented personality.
