JDC Welfare is seeking a CSR Strategy & Program Associate to contribute to the design, planning, and coordination of community-focused initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about social impact and community development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and develop CSR program proposals

• Assist in project planning, execution timelines, and reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Support grant applications and partner outreach

2. CSR Communications & Partnerships Officer

We are also hiring a CSR Communications & Partnerships Officer, responsible for external outreach, proposal development, and storytelling across platforms. This is a front-facing role with great potential for someone passionate about partnerships and social change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to companies, donors, and CSR partners

• Draft proposals, emails, and business correspondence

• Create and deliver compelling presentations

• Support social media content and CSR storytelling

Preferred Qualities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable on phone and video calls

• Presentation and proposal writing experience

• Understanding of NGO communications or CSR partnerships
